About Ebenezer Rehabilitation Centre

At Ebenezer Rehabilitation Centre, we believe every person deserves hope, healing, and a chance at a fulfilling life. Our Dual Diagnosis Programme is dedicated to supporting individuals who are facing both substance addiction and mental health challenges. Through compassion, expertise, and integrated care, we guide our clients toward recovery, resilience, and renewed purpose.
To provide temporary accommodation in a clean, friendly and safe environment to the mentally challenged and homeless men within Manchester region. Through psychological programmes and medical care aid our clients' rehabilitation and reintegration with their families and communities through partnerships locally and internationally in a professional and dignified manner.
To be Jamaica's leading beacon of hope and healing for those affected by mental illness, homelessness, and addiction—building stronger individuals, families, and communities, free from stigma and neglect.

What We Do?

Outreach & Day Programmes

Beyond residential care, we serve as a drop-in centre for those needing meals, showers, clothing, or medical attention, and are expanding to offer day programmes and family support to prevent homelessness and promote recovery.

Personalized Therapy & Psycho-Social Support

We offer individual and group counseling, medication management, and psycho-educational sessions to help clients manage stress, cope with challenges, and rebuild healthy relationships.

Dual Diagnosis Treatment

Our specialized programme addresses both substance addiction and mental health disorders, using integrated care plans developed by a professional team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical doctors.

Life Skills & Vocational Training

Clients develop essential skills for independent living through farming, livestock care, housekeeping, cooking, and other hands-on activities—preparing them for a brighter, self-sufficient future.

Residential Rehabilitation

We provide a safe, caring, and structured home for mentally ill and homeless men, offering round-the-clock supervision, therapy, and support in a community setting.

Community Reintegration

Our team works to reconnect clients with their families or integrate them into new communities, supporting their journey from homelessness to stability and belonging.
